The series was issued in brown wrappers, with front cover printed in red and blue: 'Part / India Proofs, 5s, 0D. / Prints, 2s. 6D. / College Life. / A series / of / Original Etchings, / by / Edward Bradley, B.A. / Oxford: Wyatt and Son, 115, High Street. / Cambridge / Dimmock, 25, Sidney Street. / Durham: Andrews, Saddler Street.', title page with same text as on front cover and quotation from Swift: "A college joke to cure the dumps." and list of plates (only inside Parts 5&6), and notes about the series printed in blue on the back cover. The prints are interleaved with thin paper.
