- Curator's comments
- From a series of eight plates; the BM series is missing the title-page (lettered 'Septem Planetae, a celeberrimo pictore Ioan: ne Stradano depictae: et a Cornelio Kiliano Dufflaeo versibus illustratae. Ioannes Collardus sculpebat et Philippus Gallaeus edebat').
This print has been cut down to the oval, the Latin inscriptions in the margin, composed by Cornelis Kiliaan, have been lost.
