Engraved bookplate of Joseph Holland (name, motto, and date 1585 written by hand) pasted onto verso of MS sheet with musical notes; pasted in to manuscript of Arms of Benefactors to the Foundation of Westminster Abbey, presumably compiled by Holland; at back: MS index of names; proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries of London (25 January 1866); archival information about book inserted; bound in damanged hardcover from BM bindery. c. 1585
