Prospectus, embellished with vignettes by Pierre Desmoulins and printed in colour, gives details and prices of the set. The total for 20 prints was 500 Francs in all.
A hand-written note by Auguste Desmoulins in the prospectus explains that owing to Lepère's lack of time, the frontispiece had to be engraved by his son, Pierre Desmoulins.
Four volumes of wood-engravings by Lepère (all printed by Desmoulins in Paris, 1908-1910) are located at 247*.a.14 to 17.
