Sebastian Brant, "Varia Sebastiani Brant Carmina" (Basle, Johann Bergmann) 1498; containing a woodcut portrait of Brant attributed to Albrecht Dürer, printed on the titlepage with two smaller woodcuts showing the Adoration of the Magi and the Martyrdom of St. Sebastian, together with 3 further woodcut illustrations and the printer's device. Rebound with letterpress in nineteenth-century(?) tooled leather. Gilt-edged.

- "De corrupto ordine vivendi" with astrological chart and fool driving a cart containing an upside-down man
- "Ad vivum Maximilianu", showing the Emperor with flag and sword looking towards Jerusalem
- "Thurcorum terror et potentia", woodcut dated 1498 with man wearing turban on horseback pursued at left by riders with double-eagle banner
