Nearly complete bound volume, in green leather cover with guilt detail, containing nighty-one prints in total (one without part number), consisting of eighty-seven illustrations and vignettes from four books, all designed by Turner:
Twenty-five from 'Italy, A Poem' by Samuel Rogers (London: 1830, Cadell, Jennings and Chaplin, Moxon),
Thirty-three from 'Poems' by Samuel Rogers (London: 1834, Cadell and Moxon),
Twenty-five from 'The Works of Lord Byron' (London: Murray, 1819-25) and 'The Works of Lord Byron: with his letters and journals, and his life', by Thomas Moore (London: Murray, 1832-3), after several artists,
Four from 'The Epicurean, a Tale' by Thomas Moore (London: 1839, Macrone);
Plus four hand-coloured title-pages for the publications (one of them without part number), placed before each set. 1830-9

- Seven plates from 'The Works of Lord Byron' (1819-25) and two from 'The Works of Lord Byron: with his letters and journals, and his life' (1832-3), were republished in 'Finden's landscape illustrations to Mr. Murray's first complete and uniform edition of the Life and Works of Lord Byron' (London: Murray and Tilt, 1832-4). See 1849,0512.727 and 1868,0822.4565 for comment on this. Only one print, 'Negropont' (R414), is missing from the set.
