- The gacsimile is accompanied by a key to the characters in the dance, in the hand of A.E.Popham. The central couple dancing are Sir Edmund Davis and his wife; the pianist is Joanna Birkenruth, on the sofa as a cleric is Jo-jo Chow, and in the doorway as a Turk and thin elegant are Ricketts and Shannon.
