"Recueil de dessins gravés d'aprés les fameux maitres tirés de la collection de l'académie électorale palatine des Beaux-Arts à Düsseldorf" (Dusseldorf, Bislinger) 1780-81; a series of etchings divided in three parts, after drawings by various artists, mostly Italian but among these a few after Dürer, in the collection of the Academy (now in the museum), including: three title-pages marking the start of each section, the first two showing the text inscribed on a plaque and putti around it, the third one with only text and a dedication to Karl Nesselrode; each part includes 50 plates, in many cases the plates were printed two or more to a sheet; the first two series were etched by Langenhöffel and Krahe, the third series was etched by by Bislinger and Huck. Bound in a half-leather binding with marbling.

- The three parts were issued without letterpress list of plates and so the order of the plates is not constant between sets.
The BM possesses a separate loose copy of the series, see 1856,0510.49-197. There is also a bound copy of the third series only (163.b.18).
