Scenes from the life of the Virgin; set in the shape of an altarpiece. In the top panel Christ and the crowned Virgin surrounded by angels and prophets. In place of the main panel nine square fields, from top left to bottom right: Presentation in the Temple, Betrothal, Simeon in the Temple, Birth of the Virgin, Annunciation, Christ among the Doctors, Joachim and Anne at the Golden Gate, Visitation and Deposition.
