Englefield's 'Description of the Principal Beauties, Antiquities and Geological Phenomena of the Isle of Wight' (London: Payne and Foss, 1816; BL copy 1142806), otherwise known as 'Picturesque Beauties of the Isle of Wight', was based on a geological commission by Webster in the Isle of Wight and Dorset during 1811-3. It contains fifty plates, based on sketches by Webster and Englefield, etched by Englefield and Cooke.
