Broadside on six Austrian patron saints; with a woodcut of a row of standing saints, named underneath within a tablet, from left to right, St Quirinus, St Maximilian, St Florian holding a flag and shield with the emblem of the Order of St George, St Severinus holding the Bible open to John 1:1, St Coloman, and St Leopold; and letterpress heading and 46 lines of verse in two columns in Latin by Johann Stabius, followed by Latin dedication to Andreas Stiberius. 1515

- Curator's comments
- The (extended) woodblock is in the Berlin Kupferstichkabinett (Derschau Collection no. 40). This is the first state of the block before an extra two saints were added to the print in 1517 by Hans Springinklee (see New Hollstein, The Austrian Saints, 1517, no. 17).

- See Dodgson, BMQ V 1930-1, pp.103-4, and his report to the Trustees of 1 January 1931. The three woodcuts (1931,0115.1 to 3) were 'recently detached from a volume that also contained several books by Conrad Celtis'. This sheet was the unrecorded first edition of the broadside, and established the date of 1515 for the print.
