"Etchings by Sir David Wilkie, R.A., Limner to H.M. for Scotland, and by Andrew Geddes, A.R.A. With Biographical sketches by David Laing, F.S.A.S." (Edinburgh) 1875; containing 14 original impressions and facsimiles of etchings by Wilkie, and 43 of the same by Geddes, on various figurative and landscape subjects. Bound with letterpress titlepage, dedication, preface, biographical notes, and list of contents, along with an original letter from Geddes to the British Museum (pasted in with Laing's essay on Geddes), a facsimile reproduction of Geddes's sketch of his 'Regalia' painting, a stipple engraving by John Le Conte after Geddes's self-portrait of 1812, and photographic reproduction of the bust of Wilkie by Samuel Joseph.

- As Laing explains in his preface, this volume builds upon the Series of Etchings published by Wilkie and Geddes respectively in 1824 and 1826. Where original plates were unattainable, facsimiles were included in order to give the most complete set possible.
