A iii recto) of ' Historiarum veteris Instrumenti Icones ad vivum expressae' known as 'Icones' (1538); an angel above waves a sword at Adam and Eve who run towards a figure of Death on the right, c.1526

- The book contains ninety-one illustrations to the Old Testament; one woodcut on each page, with a brief caption and the chapter of the book lettered above each. The first four woodcuts of this edition, including this print of the Expulsion from Paradise, were designed for Holbein's Dance of Death series and cut by Lützelberger.
