Sixteen-leaf satirical account of fictional party held by Queen Victoria as Mrs Bull; front cover an oval portrait of Queen Victoria to the right, in crown; frontispiece a fold-out image of the party, the Queen seated in regalia holding fan; guests gather round bowing; two central figures glower at each other, possibly Princess Louise and her husband, the Duke of Argyll; further guests stand in conversation with Mr Bull, an exceedingly tall man to the right, including Edward Cartwell in military uniform and holding a miniature canon; later in narrative, image of two men brawling around pot plant, other men looking on; illustrations to "Mrs Bull's Winter Party" (1872).
