- Curator's comments
- Chaloner Smith notes that one of the plates has Faber's name as engraver, and he may have done some of the others; he adds that the plates appear to have been first issued with Bowles' address at 'Mercer's Hall, Cheapside', since impressions exist where the address 'Black Horse' appears to have been altered and also where the plate coarsely retouched.
