- Curator's comments
- The plates by Ghisi lettered A-L could be joined up like a jigsaw puzzle to form a large image of the whole Last Judgment, which Michelangelo had completed shortly before the prints were made. These were Ghisi's major project of the 1540s, and the most impressive of all the early prints made after the fresco.
