- The coin suit-marks have three fleur-de-lis in the centre. The missing cards are the ace of cups and Nos. VIII and IX of the atouts.
Gustavo Carballo (email March 2022): This one and 1896,0501.788 (PPA246171) are exactly the same design. But the passage of time has caused some letters to be lost.
Evidence of this: the same spelling in LAROUXDEFORTVNE, the coat of arms in LECHARIOR, etc.
So this is an impression from the Jacquot Coly deck of cards, ca.1750 (!)
