Thirty-seventh plate from the second edition of the bound series of 37 woodcuts with Latin text, published by Daniel Bissuccio in Venice in 1612; Last Judgement, with Christ in Heaven sitting atop a sphere, a lily and a sword emanating from his head, with the Virgin kneeling on the left and St John the Baptist on the right; in the top corners two angels blowing trumpets, at the bottom angels leading the blessed towards Heaven and devils the sinners into the mouth of Hell, and text in letterpress on verso. c.1510

- This is the thirty-seventh plate from a copy of the second edition of the series, published by Daniel Bissuccio, Venice, 1612. The first edition was published in Nuremberg in 1511 [see 1896-1-25-1 (1-37)].
This edition concists of 37 illustrations, all with Italian text on the verso; the illustration of Christ before Pilate (Meder 140) is inserted twice. In addition to the illustrations, this edition has four text sheets and a title-page.
