- The first edition was published in Nuremberg in 1511 [see 1896-1-25-1 (1-37)].
This edition consists of 37 illustrations, all with Italian text on the verso; the illustration of Christ before Pilate (Meder 140) is inserted twice. In addition to the illustrations, this edition has four text sheets and a title-page.
