This is from "Portraits de tous les souverains de l'Europe et de sHommes illustres modernes", a series of portraits accompanied with biographical notes on the sitters, published by Mme Meyer.
Fifty "livraisons" of 6 portraits each were projected, but it is not clear whether the series was ever completed.. The first two livraisons were issued in 1816 and 1817. More portraits published by Mme Meyer are recorded in the Dépôt légal in 1817-21.
