Curator's comments
The lower portion of the design (the ground, the lower part of the cross, the drapery and the l hand of the angel at the bottom) is cut on a separate piece of wood and added to the original block. The defects of the block have been retouched. CD: Watermark: a dog (?), not in Ha. The woodblock is in Berlin.
