- This pamphlet is John Flaxman's proposal - never taken up - to make a patriotic statue of Britannia at Greenwich. The pamphlet has three plates engraved by Blake, although the frontispiece is the only one with his name. For the other two illustrations see 1894,0612.35.1 & 3. This plate, Plate 2, has been mistakenly bound after plate 3.
