Description
'Scènes militaires et sujets variés dessinés par Raffet' 1825-1830; containing 83 lithographs by Raffet showing scenes of military and daily life, each plate signed by Raffet by many printers/publishers, most of them with title below, a thin sheet before each image. Bound in brown leather with gold tooled title on cover within bilnd tooled frame, raised bands, gilded egdes and embossed endpapers with arabesques, bookplate of John Deffett Francis on inside cover.
