Dédiée et présente a Monsieur, Frere du Roi, par l'auteur' (Paris: David) 1784; containing title-pages of Tome I and II and 48 illustrations showing moments of the history of England for Tome I, each plate with caption below on tablet and date of the event. Bound at the BM bindery in green half-leather with gold embossed lettering on spine and raised bands, marbled endpapers and edges.

1983,U.1208-9 for title-pages of Tome I & II, and 1983,U.1210 for the title-page of Tome III not present in this binding. Illustrations: 1875,0814.1721-68 forTome I; 1893,0328.3.51-60 for part of Tome II.
These are 3 different series with different registration numbers bound together at the BM bindery. The first set of prints (1893,0328.3.1-50) includes the title-page and illustrations to Tome I, and the title-page to Tome II. The second set (1875,0814.1769-1830) includes plates 1 to 48 of Tome II and plates 1 to 15 of Tome III. The third set is actually from a later book by David, and includes a frontispiece and 11 plates to F.A. David's 'Histoire d'Angleterre, sous le règne de Georges 3., depuis l'expédition du duc d'Yorck contre la Hollande, en 1799, représentée en figures, accompagnées d'un précis historique; par David, graveur d'histoire' (1812).
