Charles Heath employed many printmakers to work on his plates, doing part or even the whole plate. In this plate, F. Heath reduced and etched the figure, Wallis etched the background and Staines further work on the plate, and Periam finished the plate. It is possible that Heath himself worked on the 'flesh'.
