"Old Inns. Etched by Edwin Edwards. First Division -- Eastern England" (London) 1873; containing 52 numbered pages of etched text and images (including 18 plates with images alone) describing and depicting inns and other architectural structures in Sussex, Suffolk, and Norfolk, with etched titlepage and dedication. Bound with letterpress titlepage, prospectus written by Edwards, and index to the etchings, in original brown paper wrapper printed with the title etching.

- One of three parts of Edwards' "Old Inns". The three parts are all bound together and kept at 190*.b.18.
Edwards includes a note on subscription, pricing, and editioning in his prospectus: "The price of each Part, containing not less than fifty sheets, will be £5 5s. to Subscribers only. Subscription is, however, solicited for the Part already published only, viz., the first Part of Eastern England.
The issue is strictly limited to 250 sets of proofs; each set is marked upon the dedication sheet with a number corresponding to the order in which the sheets have issued from the press."
