Plates 1-6 of West's small character plates from the play 'The Battle of Waterloo', for the toy theatre; shown in three rows, roughly four characteres per row; the first with Wellington, Dolitz, Delis, Donald, Wine dealer, Antoine, Molly Maloney, Marl Ney, French SErjeant, Poor Bob, Mrs de Costa, and Phedora; the second palte with Blucker, Prince of Orange, duke Wellington, Lord Hill, Engleman, Duke of Brunswick, Genl Vandome, Napolean, Dr Brunswick Shot, Phedora & wounded Frenchman; the third with Monsr. Maladroit, a peasant, Victoria, Napoleon on horseback, Bredowski, Phedora, kouae, Marinette, Jean de Coster, Phedora, Patrol, and Bredowski; the fourthe with Genl. Frimont, Genl. Dusheme, sappers, French drummers, artillery men, baggage waggon, Imperial guards, and Molly Maloney with wine men; the fifth with a combat scene, highlanders, English drummers, Marquis of Anglesey on hoseback, light infantry, pioneers, Prussians, and a wine cart; the sixth with Molly Maloney and Patrol, Rose, Genl.
