- Preparatory drawing in the same direction for IFF 457 of c.1704-6, BM impressions: 1866,0623.83 (first state with head of Alexander in profile) and 1917,1208.1654 (later state with the head of Alexander turned to front). Jombert (Leclerc, cat.285) records that two preparatory drawings were in the Paignon-Dijonval collection; this might be one of them.
