A broadside on the Sea Battle at La Hogue and the defeat of the French fleet led by Admiral de Tourville by the English and Dutch fleets under the command of Admirals Russel and Almonde in May and June 1692; with a reversed etching after de Hooghe showing a naval engagement and a map of the coast along the Channel; with engraved inscriptions, lettering A-Q, and with Dutch and French letterpress titles, text, verses and legends in three columns.
