Volume II of Joseph Cecil's collection of portraits and prints relating to the life of Mary Queen of Scots, mounted into five albums, with numerous prints per album page. The second volume contains mostly French and British portraits, and historical scenes relating to her life, including her execution. Below is a brief summary of the contents:

- The collection of prints and drawings relating to Mary Queen of Scots formed by Joseph Cecil of Northampton was purchased by the Museum from his widow in 1885 (1885,0509.52-1382). It was mounted in a single album, which was then broken up and the contents re-arranged into five albums, each of which is given a separate entry.
