Monumental effigy of John Fitzalan, Lord Maltravers and 7th Earl of Arundel, in Arundel Church, study for plate 119 of Stothard's 'The Monumental Effigies of Great Britain', published by Anna Eliza Bray, 1817-32, one of a large group of studies for this volume; male figure, turned to front, with hands held in attitude of prayer, wearing armour, surcoat with heraldic bearings, and collar of SS, head resting on a pillow with two supporting figures, and feet on an animal. 1815
