The omnibus race; study for a satirical print in the series 'Political Sketches', published by Thomas McLean, 1821-1851; The Tory coach inscribed "BILLY" , with John Bull inside, leaving the Whigs, with the Queen and Prince Consort, in spite of the whipping of the horses (Morpeth and Russell) by O'Connell on a coach inscribed "St GI[L]ES DOY[...]", in a scene inscribed with speech. 1840
