A melancholy consolation, study for a satirical print in the series 'Political Sketches', published by Thomas McLean, 1821-1851; to left Grey sits dejectedly, legs crossed, at a table, looking towards Brougham standing to right in a tail-coat, with Durham seated gloomily between them, all three figures speaking. 1832
