- Lancret's painting of 1730 is at the Wallace Collection, London (P393). It was also engraved by Laurent Cars (R,10.13) and Francis Vivares (K,58.92).
Bocher indicates that this plate was engraved during Lancret's lifetime and was the subject of a lawsuit
