- This is one of thirty-nine illustrations to "Les Pourtraits des Souverains Princes et Comtes de Hollande" bound as the third part of the larger series of one hundred thirty-eight engraved portraits for Jean Meyssens' "Les Effigies des Souverains Princes et Ducs de Brabant" (Antwerp, c. 1663). For further comments, see 1879,1011.60. Plate 33 has been extracted, leaving only thirty-eight portraits in the present volume.
