View with ruins including the pantheon on the left, the column of Antoninus and temple of the Sibyl in the distance and the Borghese vase on the right; peopled with Roman soldiers carrying spears on the right and two shepherds standing in the extreme left, more concerned with a sheep than the antique torso behind them, which absorbs the attention of two gentlemen nearby, one of whom carries a large folio; plate 7.
