- This impression was published with Francis West's Collection of Views in c.1840. All of the plates in this series were those engraved for John Bowles in the mid-eighteenth century, and reissued by his successors over the years, and so by the time the plates were published by West they had deteriorated somewhat. The plate is first listed in the series 'Perspective Views in and about London' in John Bowles' catalogue for 1749 pp.34-5, and this plate is number 33.
