Grotta dell' Alcova, Cerveteri; large tomb, discovered in 1845, with roof carved into rafters and supported by two fluted pillars, in a large recess at the further end, a sepulchral conch with a carved pillow and two skulls upon it, figure in a smaller recess at r, on the floor and on the steps leading up to the main recess are scattered vases.
