Coats of Arms and street signs; (a) a sculpted dwarf in 17th century clothing with the date '1670' set into a wall above the sign for Garnders Lane (b) a shield with inscription and date, from Thames Street (c) coat of arms of the Cutlers' Company, Belle Sauvage, a shield bearing two pairs of crossed swords topped by a helmet on which stands an elephant with a castle upon its back, the shield is flanked by two elephants, both rampant and set within a classical architectural frame (d) sign set in a projection from a red brick wall with a carving of a crane, from Crane Court (e) Cutler's badge from Belle Sauvage, an elephant with a castle on its back stands within a recess in a red brick wall.
