- The print was given the same register number as a portrait of the Dauphin. A "+" has been added to the register number to avoid confusion.
Dessalle is Simon Dessalle, writing professor of the royal children in the late 18th century; he notably taught the dauphin (who could be the author of the lines reproduced on the print). He died in the early 19th century, c.1838.
