The fourteen auxiliary saints ("Die vierzehn Nothelfer"); first of two sheets; in the centre is Christ on the cross with the Virgin and St John; to the left stand St Leonard, St Giles, St Blasius; to the right are St Erasmus, St Nicholas and St Vitus Woodcut with hand-colouring

Curator's comments
The cut and the second sheet with the remaining eight auxiliay saints (registered as 1872-6-8-333) were originally placed above each other. Possibly they were engraved on the same block. Schreiber attributes the print to Suabia.
