- Originally plate XXIV in the fifth volume of Montfaucont's Monumens, published in 1733. Here reused as plate CCLXX from an unidentified book. Compared to the 1733 publication only the plate number has been altered. What book the plate was reused in is unclear.
The bust-length portrait reproduces a painting by François Clouet (see Louvre inv.3254).
