The two sitters have not been identified. Both Stefanoni and Paradisi are names present in Rome in the 18th century.
According to Giancarlo Rostirolla (cit.), the caricature on the right represents the artist Domenico Paradisi (ca. 1660-1727). He is recorded to have lived 67 years, while the sitter of the present caricature seems a much older man.
