Curator's comments: A copy of the book is in the BM (1872,1109.172 to 267). The wood-engravings after John Martin extracted from the same copy of the book were registered separately as 1871,0812.2435 to 2482. The register refers to the book under the title 'The Biblical Offering', which might refer to a later edition of the illustrations.
