Mounted fan-leaf, with a medley of images drawn to look like etchings against a map of southern Europe; at centre, Polidoro's lost fresco from the Palazzo Milesi; at left, a scene with two cupids and a scene with a woman writing a song; at right, a cupid with a lyre and a scene with a sphinx; the effect is trompe l'œil. 1790-1810
