Caius Plinius Secundus, "Bücher vnd Schrifften, von Natur, art vnd eygenschafft aller Creaturen oder Geschöpffe Gottes" (Frankfurt am Main, Sigismund Feyerabend) 1584; containing woodcuts by Jost Amman illustrating various aspects of Pliny's natural history, together with 2 woodcuts printed with the prefatory texts depicting a mermaid and lyre and trumpeting angel, initial letters and other decorative blocks. Bound with titlepage printed in black and red with woodcut vignette showing standing male figure at left and animals entering the Ark. In a later binding.
