Illustration to issue no. 16; a drunk wearing a tall hat with flap to the back staggers, holding onto a post, an upside-down bottle held up in his left hand; his boot splashes in the alcohol that has been lost; the issue is headed with a vignette (BM Satires 16927; second design, for description see 1870,1008.1335), and the letters of the title are formed of tiny figures of Punch, as in 1870,1008.1335. 28 April 1832
