- After a painting now in the National Portrait Gallery (no. 3795), of which many other versions are known. The first state was used as frontispiece to Killigrew's 'Comedies and Tragedies' (London, 1664). The second state appears in the 1665 edition of Clarendon's history of the Civil War.
