William IV stands at the wheel of 'The [B]rittania', looking down at Wellington (right) who stands below him, dressed as the coachman of BM Satires No. 15731, &c, his whip against his shoulder. The Duke touches his hat; the King, with raised left arm, says, 'Now An't you a pretty fellow to steer, you Horse Marine???' 9 July 1830
