Description
A broadside satirising the dispute with Spain following the taking of the French ship "Duc de Penthièvre" by the British privateer "Antigallican" which the British claimed took place outside neutral Spanish waters; with an etching showing a sailor on shore holding a piece of paper, at his feet a broken anchor, in the background two ships fighting; with etched inscription, and with letterpress title and verses in two columns, and with one vertical segment of type ornament.
